Homtly exists to make one sentence simple to act on: "Mujhe ghar chahiye."
Buying a home in Agra or Mathura usually means fielding calls from ten different brokers, none of whom checked the home themselves. Homtly asks one person for a budget and an area, and gives back homes it has actually looked at — with a plain Verified / Under Review / Not Verified status, never a badge it can't back up.
What "Homtly Verified" means
Four checks: papers, construction quality, location, and price compared to the market. A home is only called Verified once these have actually happened — not by default, and not because a form was filled in.
