Know your home. Score it. Verify it. Compare it.
Homtly is the trust and intelligence layer for residential property — not another listings portal. Answer a short guided assessment and get a HomeScore for your home across ten weighted categories, with an honest read on its strengths, its problems, and whether the asking price is fair.
What Homtly tells you about a home
- A HomeScore out of 100, built from ten weighted categories: location, connectivity, construction, interior, legal and documents, amenities, society, safety, value and future potential.
- A separate Confidence score. Two numbers, never merged: the HomeScore says how good the home appears, Confidence says how strongly that can currently be substantiated. A high score with low confidence is flagged as exactly that.
- An estimated fair price range next to the asking price, so you can see whether a home is priced above or below comparable homes. This is an estimate, not a certified valuation.
- Honest concerns. Homtly names weaknesses and risks — incomplete documentation, poor ventilation, an asking price above range — instead of hiding them.
- An upgrade roadmap showing what would raise the score, and what would only raise confidence.
